I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) — the global gold standard in coaching excellence, ethics, and professional practice. This credential reflects my commitment to high-quality coaching and ongoing development as a coach.

I initially trained with the Animas Centre for Coaching, completing an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching. I chose Animas because I felt so aligned with their core purpose; to help people find the courage and openness to look at their lives, work, relationships and their selves and to make changes that bring them greater happiness, meaning and fulfilment.
