How long does life coaching take?

What can I expect from a coaching session?
A typical session involves a conversation where I listen deeply, ask thought-provoking questions, and guide you to new insights. Will I be told what to do?
No. Life coaching is about empowering you to find your own answers. I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you reflect, uncover what truly matters, and provide guidance to help you take steps toward achieving your vision. My role is to support and guide, not dictate.
